SKIN TESTING
Please note all colour services require a skin test at least 48hours before your appointment. This does not require a booked appointment. please make sure you have had your skin test before you arrive, Thank you.
KEVIN.MURPHY sources its ingredients from micro-cultivation, organic growing practices, or ecologically sound wild harvesting techniques to ensure the range is of the very highest natural quality.
Vitamins and amino acids repair the outer surface of the hair, thickening the hair and reducing the formation of split ends.
Moisturizers from Mango butter and Murumuru butter smooth the cuticles and soften the hair.
Extracts from Peruvian Bark, Baobab, Bamboo, and Orange Blossom infuse the hair with weightless moisture.

Take Home Treatments
We also retail the take-home treatments.
These are in two sizes:
K18 leave-in hair mask 5ml is £9
K18 leave-in hair mask 50ml is £55
Based on our use the 5ml mask contains enough product for around 3 treatments and the 50ml mask is enough for around 30 treatments.
K18’s products are vegan, cruelty-free, and safe to use on all hair types.
OCCASION & WEDDING HAIR
We will travel to homes and venues throughout the UK and worldwide destinations upon request, we will arrive in plenty of time, staying until you are dressed and you're ready for your veil to be placed in.
Since you are going to be the center of attention from start to finish, you will need to look and feel amazing all day. Using my knowledge and experience of photo shoots and live television, my aim is to enhance your wedding day look by creating beautiful, long-lasting, and natural hair.

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY
Please provide us with a minimum of 48-hour notice.
We know everyone has busy lives and sometimes circumstances beyond your control may mean you have to cancel your appointment or are unable to get to your appointment with us on time.
We’ll be as flexible as we can in accommodating this, however, the following policies do apply:
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your appointment, please just let us know as soon as possible beforehand, but at least 48 hours before your appointment.
If the cancellation is less than 48 hours’ notice up to a 50% charge may apply.
Late Arrival
Arrival more than 15 minutes late for your appointment may mean we cannot spend the time we need to give you the best service.
We will do our utmost to accommodate you, but please be aware we may not be able to do your hair.
No-Show
In the event of a no-show, our system will automatically add a red flag to the client's profile,
This may result in restrictions to future bookings, deposits, or pre-payments for all future bookings.
